Refund Eligibility

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The service must not have been fully delivered or completed.
• The request for a refund must be made before the completion of the project.
• Refunds are only applicable if the work delivered is not as per the agreed scope or quality standards.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable:

• SEO and SMO/SMM Services: Due to the nature of digital marketing services and time invested, once the work has commenced, these services cannot be refunded.
• Graphic Design Services: Partial or full designs that have been approved cannot be refunded.
• WordPress Website Development: If a significant portion of the work has been completed as per the agreement, refunds will not be granted.

Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you via email regarding approval or rejection. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

2. Then, contact your credit card company or bank. Processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for services if there is a defect or issue in the work delivered. For any concerns, please contact us at info@seosearchmagnet.com to discuss possible corrections or replacements.

Refunds are only applicable to regularly priced services. Services purchased on sale or at a discounted rate cannot be refunded.
